CALL FOR PAPERS - ABSTRACT FORM
Abstract submission and edits are CLOSED. Abstracts are currently being reviewed (as submitted) for consideration to be included in our Conference Program Book. All designated presenting authors must be registered (paid in full) to be included on program schedule and their abstract papers published in our Conference Program Book.
Submission deadline dates:
Oral Presentation: February 1, 2010 -CLOSED-
Note: Oral abstracts are closed.
Abstract Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Selection of oral abstract papers will be based on content of abstract, submission date and available time allotments.
Poster Presentation: March 31, 2010 -CLOSED-
Note: Poster abstracts are closed.
All poster papers related to conference topics will be accepted, based on submission date, content and available space. Space is limited. Submit your poster abstracts early to ensure a poster location.

Criteria for Presentations
- Due to limited time allotments (oral presentations) and available space for posters (poster presentations), we will accept a limit of one (1) abstract per registered colleague.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the ISMR conference web site. Mailed, emailed or faxed abstracts will not be accepted. If you have problems with submitting your paper on our website, contact ISMR administration office for assistance.
- Presenters are solely responsible for submission and subsequent ISMR's receipt of their abstracts. NOTE: If you did not receive a receipt from the ISMR administration office, we most likely did not receive your paper.
- Due to time allotment restrictions, we may not be able to accept all oral presentation. If we can not accommodate your request for oral presentation we strongly encourage you to present your paper as a Poster Presentation.
- All presenters must register/pay conference fees prior to March 31, 2010.
- The International Society for Maxillofacial Rehabilitation (ISMR) requires that all speakers shall disclose any affiliation with and financial interest in a company or a product related to the subject matter of the presentation as a part of the Speaker’s Agreement.
- All poster authors must be present during the Poster Session.
- Poster authors can not assign their poster to another delegate for presentation.
- Poster presentations not registered as a paid delegate will be removed from publication and presentation.
- No travel compensation is provided for abstract presenters (oral or poster).
Oral presenters may review their presentation time on the ISMR Program Schedule, after February 15, 2010. Poster presenters will be listed on the Poster Session of program and posted after March 19, 2010.
Edit Submitted Papers
Papers will be published as submitted by author. Proof read and edit your paper accordingly. Presenters may edit their abstract paper before our printing deadline date: March 31, 2010. Link to>> Edit Submitted Abstract - -CLOSED- and post your User Name and Password.
