HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Many of the hotels in Sestri Levante are within easy walking distance from our conference center (see map below). We have contacted the hotels listed below and they are holding a limited number of hotel rooms for our conference delegates.

Conference Delegates
Due to the limited number of conference hotel rooms we must protect our inventory dedicated to conference delegates. Therefore, we are asking that colleagues register for the ISMR meeting before making a hotel reservation with one of our conference hotels.

Those who choose to make a reservation with one of our conference hotels, a hotel reservation page is included in our on-line conference web site registration process. You may also enquire about hotel reservations by contacting our ISMR administration office:

To guarantee room reservations, one (1) night's deposit will be required. No refunds after April 1, 2010.

All available hotel rooms in our conference hotel room block will be released after March 31, 2010. After that date hotel rooms will be available based on space and applicable room rate.
