Interest Groups - Business Management

Objective

The Business Management Group will work to develop an international understanding of how programs related to head and neck care are structured and funded. The intent is to develop information and tools that can be used internationally to assist in the management of clinical care programs that deliver care related to the head and neck region.

How the Group will Function

At each biennial conference and possibly in interim years, the Business Management group will arrange for the group to meet to pursue this interest. The group will also develop means of communicating with group members during each year.
