We are happy to announce that the ISMR will introduce a Graduate Student Presentations Session at the upcoming biennial ISMR in Belgrade. The objective is to provide a forum for graduate students and young maxillofacial rehabilitation educators from different countries to interrelate in the form of a seminar session. This will consist of 10 minute presentations of case specific treatment plans, treatment sequence and outcomes followed by 5 minutes of discussion for each presentation. The emphasis will be on the decision making process involved in arriving at a diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan taking into account the best available evidence.
Graduate students or students graduated in the last 3 years are invited to submit proposals for presentation. Submit your abstract by linking to Call for Papers. Applicants will be selected based on content of abstract and information regarding required format will be forwarded to selected applicants. Cases to be presented will be selected for their interest and geographic location in order to provide a wide spectrum of approaches and discussion base for the participants.
We are strongly conscious of the fact that the future of Maxillofacial Rehabilitation lies in the hands of young graduate students and educators whose enthusiasm and sense of involvement will carry the specialty forward in the future. We are confident that the graduate student presentation session this will provide an additional forum for the interrelation and interaction of the future opinion leaders of our specialty.

Grad Students are encouraged to submit abstracts for short oral presentation and/or poster presentation.
