Membership Dues

There is an application fee of $75.00 USD. The application processing fee is required for new members or to reinstate your membership if dues becomes delinquent. Students and E-members are exempt from paying the application fee.

• Constituents – $245.00 USD Annually (Jan-Dec)
• Students – $50.00 USD Annually (Jan-Dec)
  • Students must be enrolled in an accredited maxillofacial program – Requires a signed letter from Program Chair
  • No application fee required
• E-Member – $50.00 USD Annually (Jan-Dec) >> Check Your Eligibility

Membership dues become delinquent for active members if dues have not been paid prior to December 31st of each calendar year.
A $75.00 USD processing fee is required to reinstate active membership status if account is delinquent.
